If I'm not mistaken, that dressphere is called Phsycic, and it's only available on the international version of X-2.

hey im sister and i r playing the game now we r on the 5 chapter and we rnt doing any cheats or walk though. its hard but once u get used 2 it its ok to play. we like the show, u did a good job getting all the deesspheres. we nice job see u later!
