Keeping It Real With Naija (Nigerian Parents) We have no idea why, but its some kind of a problem some Nigerian parents have. They don't want you to go out with anyone until you about 20 to 25 years, because they think all you go out for is to Be Intimate. don't get me wrong. not all of the Nigerian parents. But I think there are more important reasons for going out with someone. Sometimes, u need someone to talk to, and you just don't wanna talk to your parents or siblings. Sometimes some Nigerians get scared and don't even tell their parents when going out with a guy or girl. It also depends on the kind of relationship have with your parents.   • The amount of people that have lost their way messing with the wrong man/woman. Our parents have witnessed such things happen. They are only looking out for us! I never understood back then but I do now. It's better to face your studies before you go skirt chasing!!!

  • @MrKT3001 now we can say naija parents are hard on us ;yes; when u are like 30years old u will thank them and when u start having kids u will undertand wat thy are tellng u now, n if are living with someone there are rules we have to rep, and if u are living with ur parents thy will alway ask u were u going bcos thy love u thy will want to protect u at all cos
