A mod for VBAGX that adds a cool box art cover system for browsing your roms!

your wii must be soft modded for this to work though just google MODMII

covers should be 224x224 and placed in sd:/vgagx/covers.
Name them the same as the rom names example: sonic.gba = sonic.png

  • Hey, do you have any idea how to set this up so the GBA and GB/GBC roms are separated? I'd like to use two different forwarders, one for GBA only and other GB/GBC only.

  • @bladexdsl You're right. Solution to keep GB/GBA roms seperate: in the roms folder, make two folders called Gameboy Advance.roms and Gameboy.roms. The emulator will recognize the folders as long as the name ends in .roms and you can use the "Up One Level" option to bounce between them easily. I even added a pic of a GBA and another of a gameboy to the "covers" folder, and named the pics after the folder of the roms they contain, so you get to see what you are selecting.
