Vacuum cleaner on a truck

This was surprisingly noisy and loud operation - I wish I would have had earplugs so as to more properly record it. Anyway, they were cleaning debris out between two building at about 1655 Walnut Street in Boulder, Colorado. On the other side, out of view for me, they were blowing the debris toward the vacuum cleaner. Seemed like an awful lot of equipment just to sweep-up with but I guess there was no other way to get into such a tight spot!
