your wrist is supposed to move every time you change the direction of the bow... watch professionals and watch how your wrist is always locked.... thats bad. You're not supposed to hear the change in direction of the bow. Also, when you do the fast part, you play too close to the tip of the bow. Come closer, and be more loose in your wrist so that the bow can bounce.
