Malaysia lost 2-3 to Manchester United in an exciting match at Stadium Nasional Bukit Jalil. It was Manchester United which scored first through Wayne Rooney in the 8th minute and Nani in the 27th minute. However, before the breather, Amri Yahyah scored Malaysia first goal in the 45th minute. The score was 1-2 when the players trooped to the changing room. Amri Yahyah equalised in the 51st minute to gave the local fans something to cheer about. However, 5 minutes from time, Michael Owen crushed the heart of the Malaysian players by scoring from inside the penalty box. The game ended in a 2-3 defeat for the Malaysian team.

Nice that Malaysia actually drew level, great goal from Amri Yahya! Looking forward to Malaysia's success on the international stage... hope the old rivalry with Singapore will be revived :)
