  • Momento impact sockets are better than Snap-on,Mac or any Cr-Mo Taiwan "soft" socket what you can find today.

  • @G1McK no, not these are 1" & 3/4 " drive monsters. I used to work on older Z car's and the rear axle nuts were torqued to 280 ft/lbs. using my 1/2 drive Snappy torque wrench ( long handle, lol ) the sockets would eventually crack up the side and blow open long before the drive would ever twist off the torque wrench. otherwise I'd use a 3/4 drive like these, lol. never did find a 1/2 drive socket that would take more than 250ft/lbs without failing eventually. I think I simply wore them out, lol

  • @1MtnBoy One these size? Thats surprising!

I'v broken my fair share of tools but not a socket of this size, i'd be screwed if it wasnt for the lifetime warranty!

  • @G1McK I have cracked a couple of Snappy & Matco's best ! no problem.

Hans & Richard both just smiled and gave me another one.

  • @1MtnBoy If snap-on or mac, you will not break one of those sockets

  • it aint no snap-on or mac tool lol
