Building Bella - New Condos in Burnaby, BC:
The day we have been waiting for has arrived the scaffolding on the front of the building has been removed, marking the beginning of the final phase of construction on the project. For those the have been watching the project, this is the first time that you truly get a glimpse of the final product, and we are proud to say that it looks amazing.

From this point, the crews job is to get down to the details. Inside the building carpet is being installed, and the common areas are being cleaned & finished up. The majority of the homes are virtually complete now, and the elevator is almost ready for public use. Over the next couple weeks you will see the landscaping begin to develop out front, and we will be planting the trees along the Edmonds side. Railings and other details will also be installed soon, and then the big clean begins!

Sales are proceeding briskly, and we are now over 60% sold and climbing. The sales center and show suite will be open this weekend, so if you have been planning on taking a look at BELLA, now is your chance to get a glimpse of the final product. We are still on schedule for completion this month, and there are still some view units available. For more information on availability, please contact a member of our sales team, or send us an email at info@bellaliving.ca we look forward to hearing from you.
