http://www.tscHeartofaChampionProgram.com/ Be a Fit Fast and Strong All-Natural Athlete.

Chris Krueger discusses some basic elements of proper form to train the deltoids, grip strength and core stability, core strength, with dumbbell shoulder presses, also called db military press. The seated and standing version are discussed. So that you can transform you body and life your best life possible. It's important for all of us to reach and strive for our true potential. We should be fit, fast, and strong, natural athletes. We should look, feel and be our best. Part of that is using proper form so that we can safely train our bodies and get results as quickly as possible.

I strongly encourage everyone to go outside and play. Run, jump, and have fun. Life is to short to spend it inside watching reality tv and eating microwave pizza rolls. Challenge yourself with new activities and push yourself to be your best. And watch my vlog, Transformation Truth

If you set goals to be fitter, faster, and stronger and pursue them with the Heart of a Champion, everything else will naturally fall into place (like getting ripped abs and buff arms). Be your best.

Best,
CK

  • Pronation is when palms are facing down, A pronation hand grip example is a tricep pulldown on the machine.

  • @peopleschamp2011 Technically it's semi pronation curls, don't forget his palms are facing towards his body at the end of the eccentric contraction. 2. Not to be a judge or anything, too much rocky movement in your body.

  • is this even real ??

  • @gmhippie Check out CKs comment at the top, it seems that they are named strangely

  • Dude you have got to make an ab workout video! Your abs are amazing! You havetk make a video of the workout you do for 'em!!

  • @peopleschamp2011 I agree that supination occurs during the concentric phase of the lift, however, these are called pronated curls (you pronate during the eccentric phase). I didn't name them. CK.
