This song, Hinge Fringe, is rooted in a CGCGCD tuning. But the two Spider capos allow this altered tuning to morph while the piece is being played. Im also unhinging and hinging strings to get a simple bass line during the arpeggiated section. Played on a Stonebridge Guitar. Recorded with a Zoom H4 and Flip Camcorder.

  • 5 people have speakers that doesn´t seem to work.

  • @HandiAce Can definitely use most capos on bass guitars too.

  • Spider capos are fun

  • too sick!

  • Thats absolut very good.

  • Very talented & great example of what 2 spider capos can achieve. Nice work Brian, I really enjoy your work. Thanks - Brian

  • @masni92 Capos are designed so that they can be used on any guitar neck. Minus bass guitars.

  • you can use a acoustic capo on a electic guitar right ?

  • Awesome, Brian. Well done - you, Michael Hedges and Andy McKee rule the fretboard+.

I hacked what I called the Open Capo many moons ago. Notching out a Kayser Capo. Nice to see it in production. Lovely piece as well. Thanks for making Friday night feel like Sunday morn.

  • @NickmeisterX16 Strong in this one is the power of rock... :o D
