Speed run of Last Cave (Hidden) In 1 minute and 7.4 seconds. This does not include the Red Demon fight. Also, I emphasize the "speed". This isn't something for a low HP run or anything. It's purely speed, as at times hits are taken in order to move faster.

The Spur? I think after the reservoir or something you can go up to the first cave again with the booster and the hermit gunsmith will trade you the gun
