  • I haven´t testing the xbee modules extensively, the most highest test I´ve made, was to remote control the robot from one point of the house to the other point with doors closed.

Must test it in open space as well.

  • how do you wire it without a shield?

  • Put the program..

  • Can you post a link with the code you are running on the Arduinos? Really interested in the serial stuff (:

  • i think u want an arduino, 2 xbee modules, longer antennas for the xbee's, and relays from 5vdc to 120vac

  • Cool video. I need your help. Im about to start a home automation project for controlling lights wirelessly. Please help me guide me what exactly do i need? Do i need an arduino board, a shield and a zigbee module? Can controlling a light wireless be done by simply a zigbee module and xbee adapter? Please guide me. Thanks so much!

  • they can go several blocks in town

  • It would be interesting to see range tests.

    in open field?

    inside warehouse (metal shelves)?

    inside offices and through walls?

Xbee modules come with different antennae, ususally chip ones are the shortest in range.

    regards
