@eramsey20 no it supports ur ankle so u dont roll it or twist it...depending on the type of spat u get it should have a little stiffness

I save a good 7 minutes before game, I have the spat wrap covers were its like a silky material sock but its called Spat Wrap Cleat cover, no taping, can reuse it over and over. A bit pricey though, 1 pair for $30.

@TheBlackiechan10 Are you talking about the colored edges? The tape was colored with a marker like that for instructional purposes--to show what the different techniques are. I'd never spat my athletes with tape like that, but it's great if you're teaching a taping class.
