Its all about sex, as usual. I think its sex, in a dreamy dirty kind of way...

This has got to be one of the most lyrically complicated songs Kim has written not counting "On The Strip", "Golden Blue", "Sympathy for the Strawberry", and "Massage the History". Does anyone have an idea what the song is about? I think she's singing about being a veterinary nurse aiding either a wounded horse or a new born colt. But the lyrics and delivery are completely dream like and almost emotionally disassociated from the "patient" at hand. It's Genius!
