With the presidential election still in doubt the nation's eyes turned to Ohio. John Kerry refused to concede the election to president Bush until all absentee ballots in Ohio were counted. Professor Johnson was invited back to WKBN the day after the election to discuss the recount that the nation would face for the second election in a row. Topics discussed include the legality of recounts, likely outcomes and the political mood of the nation.
