@tdanceballet21 i think the opposite, to me the point is, especially in a dance like this, is that creating an opposite movement to the sound given makes for very good choreography.. i mean it beats just having her stick her leg up like so many choreographers waste their time teaching these kids and saying look at me i can dance, when in fact you only showed me you have the ability to lift your leg up haha. as long as it's executed properly, like here, i think it's perfect.

HOLY PIROUETTES!

the song itself is a morbid beauty, it fits the song perfectly, every accent every line, I loves it ;p

This is one of my favorite Adele songs but I really hate this choreography with the song. They don't cope well together. The dancer does extremely stotic and controlled movement (and she did an excellent job) but it just doesn't suit the airiness and fluiditity of this song. But she is a beautiful dancer.

how do you know whether or not she can relate? You automatically assume she can't. Shame on you..

I love how she exentuates every one of her moves and puts the dynamics into the dance, especially at 1:25. I also love the 'doll' type movement at 2:08. The thing i like is that, yes, its still lyrical/contemporary but its different. It gives the audience something new to watch instead of the standard pretty lyrical dance. Fabulous!
