i had to go to war and almost got killed multiple times,just for me to be able to go to college,and yet if i dont pass courses i have to pay back the money that is suppose to be mine already, yap i'm talking about GI Bill, i'm a vet and a U.S citizen, i dont even get shit from the government for free. Sometimes people just need to be realistic about their financial situations. California is like bursting at the seams with colleges. There are Community Colleges, CSUs dotting every large city of California, UCs, and Private Universities.

Maybe this guy should just aim lower and commute to the Community Colleges or the CSU near where his family lives, that way he could save himself at least $10,000 a year.

That being said, how Illegal Aliens are eligible for In-State Tuition is beyond me.
