Only an American would actually feel a need to read the numbers on the dial. Anyone else would just take a look at the speedo and learn where the important places are for the dial and when they are driving, look only at the red dial.
And if you only have 2 wheels, do you seriously want to give braking control to a machine? I can see it with a Benz or something, but a 200cc scooter isn't going to have that level of engineering.

Man my Volano RTR-50 sounds better than that.
And it's a chinese scooter.
That's sad. Considering this scooters motor sounds like a dying walrus.

That engine does sound awful. It is a good looking scooter though. Maybe a tune up?

That engine sounds like a knocking piece of shit. For that amount of money you would be around the same amount for the Suzuki Burgmen 400cc which has a lower seat height and WAYY more storage capacity with dual disc brakes.
