It's like they dont care. They live in areas where I can not even set foot in and never have to even look or pay any attention to someone like you and I, but they make the choices and laws that only affect you and I. I say we start to issue some pink slips to our leaders who dont do what we tell them to

I agree with you. These people who are so isolated from the normal population of this country come up with these hair brain ideas that are not in anyway workable for the poor or even the working poor like myself. Single Payer is the only way to go, health care for everyone.

Take it from a person who HAS universal healthcare: it is great !!
I had 6 operations in my lifetime, and never had to pay anything for it, because of it.
If I am looking at the US, and I would have had the same surgery, I would be bankrupt by now, and living on the streets. :-((

I have heard how awesome things are with universal health care, but for now we just have to wait and see what will take place here

Well there is a whole lot more involved then just one Black man doing all he can to make things right. People of this nation need to see that and work with him and not against him. it will take more then just him.

K- You right Bush did all this shit !!.......in 8 years I can not think of one thing he did right?.......................he either f***** it up or never addressed what was happening . or needed to be addressed .
Most of teh "debate" about health care reform that I have seen has been rooms filled of hateful people who could care less about the majority of the people who would be effected and are being effected everyday. much respect .........................
