We do not need to go through those times again. That was a very bad time in our history. Do you think we should go back to those times??

Yes you are advocating violence, by the forceful taking of other peoples property through the use of governmental coercion. If your tax increases had happened and one of the "rich" people you hate so much decided he wasn't going to pay the higher taxes, what do you think the outcome would be? Government agents in black uniforms and ski masks ransacking his home, stealing his property, kidnapping him and throwing him in a cage.

If they decided not to pay the IRS would be able to put various leans on their wages and far simpler stuff that "black ops" stuff that you just made up. And if they didn't want to pay their taxes here they can just move to a country that is more to their liking. Say they moved to England they would think the taxes they pay here, even with the higher tax bracket, would be small.

When the mafia demands a percentage of profits from a business or individual, it is called racketeering, and that is what these individuals in government are, members of an elected mafia who engage in racketeering and make themselves remarkably rich at our expense. Simply declaring an error in thinking without backing it up is just laziness, which I shouldn't be surprised of since you are of the opinion that peoples money should be taken from them by use of coercion and violence for the "benefit" of the whole. Obama, please use the coercive and violent force of government to steal from the rich, at gun point if necessary, to give to us. We stand behind your use of violence to take what others have worked for. We believe in punishing those who succeed with violence to provide for those of us who lack the capacity to provide wealth for ourselves. Get a clue man, government is the monopoly on violence and could give two steaming piles about you.
