  • What kind of Hogue grips? Been Looking for revolver for my daughter & think I found one...

  • @mayito714 This was the standard Hougue J-Frame round butt grip. They even make one in pink if she wants. You can google it and find a bunch online

  • What is a reasonable price to pay for this gun?

  • @Sherpaful depending on condition i would say 400-500

  • @dakine425 i like this model 60. Its the perfect blend of power in a compact package. Ive always liked the J frame and a .357 J frame but with a 3 inch barrel for improved ballistics and a grip just long enough to fill your hand, it seems perfect, and can still be easily carried as a back up gun. I dont know why yours came with a 2 finger grip, though.

  • @Southern661 All the points you mentioned is why i got the model 60.

  • @dakine425 I really dig your choice. I don't own a J-frame as of yet, just a K-frame 66-1 for the moment. I don't understand why you would opt for a steel frame .357mag if you only intend on carrying it with .38+P rounds. If you don't plan on using the magnums why not buy an airweight J-frame in .38+P? You would save yourself some weight & still load the rounds you prefer. Just my thoughts. Thanks for the review!

  • I realized that I tend to think of my Smith 60-15 as more of a 'kit gun'

  • L.A Noire <3

  • i have one of these and i can say that the recoil with 357 is quite manageable

  • @lobzdik They're not confusing. Each S&W revolver has different variations, some major and some minor, that make it more appealing to a bigger variety of buyers. No gun lover can honestly say that there isn't at least one Smith out there that they love.

  • would you say S&W has way too many revolver models? as much as I like S&W, they are way too confusing

  • Ever see someone make a youtube video for a gun an forget to check the gun my nextdoor neighbor did an shot through my sons bedroom he told the cops he was making a video for youtube an thought it was empty didnt stop me from taking my 45 an breaking his door down im an armed guard not some lil kid

  • @azzkik3r666 you're a little charmer eh?...your parents must be so proud of you. You sound about twelve years old...grow up you halfwit. And scrub that filthy hole in the front of your face that you call a mouth.

  • Good review!

  • @LMHS63 Let me guess, their those guys shooting their 45 auto and thinking everything else smaller is going to bounce off the skin. A 38, 9mm, 380, or even a .22 will kill with good shot placement.

I appreciate just about all firearms and calibers..........If it's strong enough to be classified as a firearm, its more than strong enough to stop a criminal.
