Pakistani immigrants should be refused entry to the west now and always. Pakistanis are our enemy and we should remove them from the west whether born here or not. It is radical, I know, but that is what is required. It is the utmost folly to imagine that we can allow a self declared enemy to live in our countries amongs us. The 'good' muslims only provide cover for the bad ones. And the 'good' muslims are only good because they haven't revealed themselves yet. They are a ticking bomb.
