if i was voss and had to bowl against schlegel in a tournament, i wouldn't have known whether to laugh at him or cut his head off and use it to pick up that 6-10 in the 10th frame

his interviews would suggest that he is a good guy with good character, but he acts very poorly on the lanes sometimes, and there really isn't any excuse for that... you should win or lose graciously and not ramble on about bad shots each and every time you throw one.

Schlegel was definitely a good bowler. Not exactly who you'd call a "nice guy", but a good bowler nevertheless. I keep hearing that he bowls at a center fairly close to me in Vancouver, WA...I'm hoping I might run into him
