@Elk4758 OK two years have passed, you are probably dead now or something, but the nudity was a joke in the show that this video is from. It was a talkshow satire. A reference to the old joke that TV hosts sitting behind a desk might as well be naked below the waist, how are we to know? Might just be a norwegian joke, I don't know. Possibly inspired by a sports anchor admitting that he wore shorts under his shirt and blazer during summertime broadcasts

This is the censored version of the video. The original wich was shown on norwegian national (goverment owned) TV can be seen if you enter the NRK user profile, and sort under "most viewed". This version was stopped by many complaints by american youtube users who flagged it as offensive, so NRK made the version you are watching here for the americans.
