Radio 4 UK Theme

Theme which used to open Radio4 in the Good Olde Days. Write to the BBC and say you want it back. The R4 UK Theme is an arrangement (by Fritz Spiegel, I think) of tunes from the various nations of the UK - some played 2 at a time!
NB No cats were hurt, or even made uncomfortable, in the making of this film - they have their own door and can be inside or outside, as they wish.

As an old night trucker I remember looking forward to this wonderful piece of music every single morning. If I was finishing earlier or later than usual or if I had to do work outside the cab away from my radio I had to delay or rush so as not to miss these beautiful moments, as they were my very own happy end to another hard night's work behind the wheel.

Now we know we've taken the wrong path! If we back track & start to be proud of what we had we as a nation can start again. First small but so necessary steps would be to bring back all that we were used to & one of them would be the Radio 4 “Good Morning " Theme tune.

@cecilbdemille22 Yes it was great. A bus man's holiday though but we caught some cracking bass this year had to get up early & that's another reason for missing the introduction music. couldn't wait to get back n play it here lol.
