I am soooo the same way!!! I love the slim in 6 set! I have lost weight and inches and my cloths is super loose but when its time to do squats I want to punch Debbie! ;) I moan and groan and curse and yell at the t.v. Still love her though!

im 12 years and and 5'8(pretty tall)
i wanna lose 50 ibs so im gonna do it for 6 weeks and then do it for another 6 weeks so and its gonna suck to do it for so long im on day 2

I got a little calendar-thing with mine, and it has the days highlighted in different colors for each video.
On there, it says to do Start it Up for 2 days (or until you get the hang of the moves), then Ramp it Up until the end of week 3, then Burn it Up for the last 3 weeks =]
