@Eliseharris No, you don't look crap. That's not what I meant at all. You just look nicer when we see more of your face, neck, shoulders etc. Shoulder length is probably about right, although you look seriously nice with the short wig in your "new look" video. I have to chuckle when I think of how you get through life by constantly "making do" with things such as cutting your own hair, wearing leaky shoes, eating old food from the cupboard etc. You're certainly not short on character.

I wonder how often you get people commenting on videos that you made quite a long time ago Elise ?. YouTube puts a column of videos down the side to prompt us with, so we just click on them. Anyway.....to business.....you look very nice in this video. I would say that the maximum length of hair that suits you is shoulder length. Very short suits you (new look video), but past shoulder length adds years to you. I'd love to see a selection of pictures of you taken right through the years.

@ReflectedImpedance yeah I look crap with long hair - but mostly because it goes all straggly after a certain legngth. My scissors broke a while back so I haven't got anything to cut it with. I should buy more.

@Eliseharris well I just found some kitchen scissors and cut about four inches off the ends!

@well it's a bit longer than in this video right now but considerably shorter than an hour ago. It's a bit staticky tonight so I will see how it looks in the morning.

I think it's funny that you thought your hair was getting really long... It was shoulder length for gosh sakes! It's just more of a bob now! If you cut bangs, you'd look like Velma from Scooby Doo. So don't do that! Or the Britney would be right on Velma's heels. :)

It doesn't suit me at that length and although I was hoping it would look better longer it was looking less good the longer it got. I hope I don't look like Velma.
