Note: (1) Firmware update for 3DS V2.2, then R4i Gold works on 3DS V3.0 directly; (2) If you do not have a DSi but DS Lite instead, use this patch 3DS22Patch_R4iGold3DS_NDSL.nds for this update; (3) If update on a DSi XL/ DSi, use patch 3DS22Patch_R4iGold3DS_NDSi.nds

    You can download its 3DS V4.3.0-10 Patch for R4i Gold 3DS from r4ids.cn, open the rar file and find readme.txt, there is a method to fix your problem.

    then do the firmware update as shown in this video. But you need find another console which does not block your r4i gold card

    Go to page r4ids.cn/r4i-download-e.html, and find the patch for V2.2, it shows as below.

    The 3DS V2.2.0-4 Patch for R4i Gold 3DS is released now! (for R4i gold 3DS card only)(Nov.21th,2011)
