I only really like the songs where he's in piano, and I don't feel like having to listen to all of the songs I've downloaded to do so (I have about fifty?). Some of his songs aren't pretty and they all do the same kind of gradual build that takes, like, five to ten minutes. I haven't really found anything that I like of Eluvium's, besides this... Any suggestions? =/

I don't know, why i love it so much... It's not music, it's something like story of sounds written in my head always, when i hear it, always in different ways...

I learned about Eluvium from NPR's All Songs Considered around the time right before Similes was released. His earlier albums especially Copia and Accidental Memory are a lot better, though

@mindvibe it was probably intentional

Amazing music...

It's so simple, sounds more like improvisation, yet so beautiful and relaxing.. Reminds me of Wim Mertens, cause I used to enjoy with his music as well before..

I could only find a small-ish version. did you have to center it ?

I love it too, but I'm still not sure whether or not it was. I think it might've been and he left it in there because it works so well

I love how it builds and builds until he's just smacking the keys, then it slowly, quietly fades. that's life right there people.

when I first started listening to eluvium, my first was indoor swimming at the space station, I thought he was alright, downloaded it, tried a few off lambent material, was like, yeah, eh, and that was all. and then i loved indoor swimming, then i loved i will not forget that i have forgotten, lambent material, tried his piano, listened to this song in particular i remember, didn't work for me, and now I love his piano
he's grown on me so wonderfully
i listen this song when i'm nervous , just calms me down , the whole album is awesome , you have to buy it "An Accidental Memory in the Case of Death"
