@nicoagressor duh parkour is an ancient art bro, it was reborn as parkour in france maybe thats another story, but parkour goes back to when man first started walking, martial artist also were practicing this long ago before it was called parkour. check out some older Jackie chang's movies you can deff see it, even the depiction of a ninja today which goes back to ancient times, they all have mastery over what we call parkour/freerunning today which am pretty sure it wasnt called that
