What @smoothleb18799 ,ention is when you perform the prayer while jamaah (with 2 people or more and lead by Imam) and the one who recite outloud is only the Imam.

when u perform the prayer alone, than all the recitation is done quietly.

@Naive991 For Fajr its 2 rakat,: both are out loud, for Duhr its 4 rakat which are all silent, Asr is 4 rakat and all are silent, for Magrib its 3 rakat, the first 2 outlound and the 3rd rakaa is silent, for Isha its 4 rakat, the first 2 outloud, the last 2 are silent, and allah knows best...
