  • lol nice gimmick plug... Who the hell would want 8 sparks.. Sorry but one good spark is just as efficient and as good and 50 sparks. Waste of money and by the design looks carbon buildup proned.

  • @MrJusty330 There are a number of instances where you want to fire on more than one spark.

Emissions are lowered by spreading the spark over different areas in the combustion chamber. As your engine goes to higher RPMs you have less time to ignite all the fuel on each stroke of the engine. If generate more ignition events from different sides of the spark plug you can burn the fuel faster.

Carbon build up is not a problem because the heat of the tip self cleans due to the high temperature.

  • i cant find these plugs anywere

  • @10mcguire1 They are available online from PowerSTARsparkplugs if you don't see your vehicle listed click on the contact page and send them an email.

  • THANKS MUTE BUTTON !!!!

  • now, this should improves fuel mileage

  • @scotta9072 High temperature can lead to piston detination so you blow a hole in your pistion then have to buy new top end or you could blow the head gasket or wear the piston rings out. on a 2 stroke it is even worse, the piston rings would scratch againsts the barrel because the meatal is softer when hot and then you would need a new cylinder or a re-bore or you could just plain size your engine.

  • @moodman20 the spark can take more than one route to earth, reducing the effectiveness even further. I bought these a few years back when i was an idiot lol

  • i just read somewhere else that when the spark splits into more routes to earth, each spark is obviously weaker and the plug as a hole is actually less effective at producing ignition. companies are reverting to the single earthed plugs and using longer lasting materials instead. is this true?

  • the plug will not fire on more than one electrode at a time, it is just switching electrodes faster than your eye or the camera can see. All you have done here is increase spark plug shrouding and reduce flame speed. DONT BUY THESE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they are just a gimmick like the bosch 4 + plugs and the E3 plugs and in the end, they just hurt performance. you will never have more than one spark without multiple plugs.

  • @jhoags92 Touche.

  • ile taka swieca kosztuje

  • @scotta9072 curious why Ferrari and Lamborghini r not listed?... I heard the gap for adding nitrous and other non factory modifications to a vehicle that increase power beyond what was designed in the combustion chamber needs the spark plug gap to be longer.. can the gap be widened on this or is not needed? would it melt under very very high temperatures? can this last long as an iridium plug?

  • All these videos of these plugs that make it look like all these sparks are happening at the same time are downright deceptive. They are being pulsed with very high frequency (kHz) voltages to make it look like all the arcs are happening at once. I don't care what kind of plug you develop, you will only have 1 arc per fire!
