  • @Graciedog I didn't say Porsche invented the first mass-produced hybrid, I said he invented the Hybrid and the Prius is the first mass-produced one. GM's EV1 is a fully electric vehicle, not a Hybrid. What are you going to compare next? The Corvette to the Yaris? Assuming you buy GM vehicles, you've just contradicted what you said. GM lied claiming "that a failing engine mount was no more serious than a flat tire." Is that true? Really?

  • @Graciedog I posted that scandal in response to "Gm had a recall. NOT A SCANDALL!" Well, there's a scandal right there. Every company lies and cuts corners. People have died in GM vehicles just as often as in Toyota vehicles. You're implying that GM is a morally-unquestionable corporation that only cares about its customers and not about the money. That's blatantly WRONG. But, as I said, any other corporation is the same, Toyota included.

  • Why do I want GM to fail? I don't. My whole point is no big company is clean and GM certainly isn't. Neither is Toyota, Ford, or Chrysler. If you look at my previous posts, I said "I never said that Toyota wasn't wrong and did everything right. I said the opposite." You're hellbent on making GM look like a hero. Were they heroes when engines fell off their mounts and on the the throttle causing unintended acceleration? How about when they refused to recall flaming gas tanks?

  • @Graciedog I never mentioned electric vehicle. I said "hybrid". Bringing in the EV1 is irrelevant to the argument. I'm certainly not trying to make Toyota look good. If you read my comments and went to the links, you'd know that. Why is it OK to spend our money in other countries? Ask GM. economicpopulist(dot)org/content/gm-offshore-outsourcing-us-jobs This is how much they care about American citizens.

  • @taitai907 Do some research on toyota not trying to find a scandel story of a tax scandI cant even find info on!Porche invented some sort of hybrid many years ago just when electricity was getting popular. They NEVER mass PRODUCED or went ANYWHERE with it.Gm did!You go ahead and give your money to a company that has lied. You can say they didnt but they DID!They were fined over 30 million for it.Support them all you want to.I dont give money to companies that lie.I guess lying is ok 2u!

  • @taitai907 Furthurmore your volt tax scandel story wont even LOAD! Whats the scandel? You buy an electric car and get a tax right off. This again is no comparison to people dying which is what has happened to toyta.I dont get wy you would support a company that has lied?If its to spite others thats a pretty stupid reason!I dont wish toyota to fail but if they are going to stay in business they need to get it together. There are tons of stories of why toyota went cheap to build quick!

  • @taitai907 ..Why would you want GM to fail?By the way they paid back those loans with INTEREST and have become the worlds largest auto sales company again. They were victims of the economy like every other company.I will NEVER give my money to a company that has lied and continues to like toyota! You can try to post stories about bnailouts and some volt tax scandal.Theres a big difference between that and people dying! If you dont see that difference something is wrong with you!

  • @taitai907 ..This is cute and all but it AGAIN shows how YOU DO NOT PAY ATTENTION WHICH IS YOUR PROBLEM!GM MASS PRODUCED THE FIRST ELECTRIC VEHICLE which is WHAT I SAID!PORSCHE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH GMS VEHICLE WHICH IS AGAIN WHAT I SAID!I know you are hell bent on trying to make toyota a hero and they ARENT!The bailout GM took was NOT a bad thing. NO ONE DIED!It saved MILLIONS of jobs. Why is it ok to spend our money in other countries to help others but not here??

  • @Graciedog One other thing, the GM EV1 was the first mass-produced ELECTRIC vehicle, not mass-produced HYBRID like I said. It came out 1 "years" before the Prius.

  • ...Oh and one more thing. YOU DO HAVE A HELL OF ALOT TO LEARN!!! Educate yourself!(Almost)Everything you have said is WRONG! You haven't sent me a single source of your information. All you've done is bashed and bashed and gave me assumptions.
