i really hate noisy nieghbours. what can you do tho? there should be a law . what if someone hasnt got the guts to ak them to turn it down? afraid they'll get revenge on you . does your council help?

I am a student and I study a tough science programme... My neighbour studies technical education (which is short for retarded loafers anonymous) and parties EVERY single night. When he is not in, he goes out and comes in at the most impossible times ( 1-5am). Even in the day, all his friends come over and BLAST their music and mix punch. Even with no music, their chattering and irritating giggles make me want to pull out my hair. I hardly get any quality rest anymore... What to do...

@Arora13 So true, I'd blast out my neighbours windows in a moment. A free brick is certainly winging its way to them courtesy of thier lively "cultural" African music, whooping and hollering. I hate this kind of people - what utter ignorance.
