Landlords harbor for greater property power.By doing so it subject all landlord to property taxes in exchange for force to gain power(more). Making a landlord a custodian of the property he agree to royalty(tax).Once the royalties join hand with the powerful landlords which is a simple form of cooperation.Remembering the power come from royalty,once they fine out royalty is ruler-ship,they will rule each other to death.By doing so,they give up they custodian obligation to war over orders.
