mine rings the phone and answers and has a full conversation. He burps as well. Uses profanity in the correct moments, which is very funny. And if he bites you he says ouch.

What it learns depends on the bird, but an african grey is known for its ability to learn a very large vocabulary! If you play a song repeatedly where the bird can hear it, he will eventually start to mimic what he hears! African Greys are very intelligent!

my grey farts and burps, coughs and makes choking noises all the time, they love it, she even laughs after doing so sometimes.

She's a girl, despite her name. I named her before I knew she was a girl.
