You must be 60 years old. Why don't you just pay your bills so i dont have to call you, and people like you? By wasting your time trying to weasle out of your bills, what kind of example are you setting for your grandchildren? You're just clogging up the court system. The FDCPA was designed to protect Americans from harrassing collections practices, not for you to abuse it for personal financial gain.

My best friend is a police officer in ny and he was telling me these stories criminals do and think they can get away and i asked him why are they soooo fucking dumb? his reply...well if they werent dumb asses then they wouldnt be criminals....point taken with debtors if they werent soooo fucking dumb they wouldnt be debtors with shit credit....my dad was smart paid his bills and i pay my bills and my friends do also because we arent DUMBASSES! LOL! FUCK OFF DEBTORS

If you feel you owe the debt and want to pay it and have the ability to pay it then do so.
I have no problem with that. Paying what you owe is the honorable thing to do. Just be sure you get a receipt in return for your money. If you are unable to pay then that might be a different matter.
