Engine of steam ship Gallia built circa 1900-1910 on Lake Luzern, Switzerland. Two pistons turn side paddle wheels. Small verticle piston on far left is associated with steam condenser and water return to boiler. See http://youtube.com/watch?v=7oKkHNC7KfY for outside of similar ship. Ship movement seemed to have slight hesitation or back-forth movement on each rotation. Half dozen or so of these operating on the Lake in 2007.
