I got hit by that same combo ending into his meteor strike the first time I fought him, and like you've shown here...it hurts.

Uh...That's not called "Meteor rain"(Are you trying to talk about F4 or something, LOL! XD ), but it's called "Meteor strike", which it's Gill's super arts in SF3:Second impact.
