thank you for asking, there is some cases like this in that a mayor surgery for removal the tumor is not an option because the advanced stage of the disease, the age of the patient and the high operative risk

any ulcer located in te digestive system is cause of bleeding, both benign or malignant, those caused by Crohn disease and others. because the bleeding per se is caused by the disruption of the mucosa on the organs involved

that depends on the stage. the survival is directly related to the advance of the tumor through the wall of the organ
