Everybody knows that familiar L&O sound used by all the L&O franchise shows when they make major scene changes. Dann Florek called it "The Doink Doink", and I think that name fits best. Enjoy it!...

Actually come to think of it, it very well might be the closing of a jail cell combined with the sound of a judge's gavel. Seeing the format of the show is essentially a combination of law and order (literally), this'd make some sense I think.
