Look up "talent" and "charisma" in the dictionary, and you will see a picture of David. He is a mega- talent who oozes charm and charisma. When Simon refers to the "it" factor, he is talking about David. At the end of the day, a simple fact remains. David is the the most talented singer ever to compete on American Idol. Sorry Kelly, Clay, Fantasia, Carrie, Daughtry and Cook. You're all great, but the best ever is right here on this video, period!

Calling Cook a novelty act was uncalled for, and I apologize. I think he's a very talented, terrific guy who is both an advocate and big brother to Archie. As for Archie, I thought "Love Me Tender" was his best performance. Cook's best, for me, was "Always be My Baby". They're both great. Amen.

I think a top 2 with or without Cook would've worked too...he would've been more popular anyway. Imagine is 1 of the 2 songs Arch can sing really well [[With the other one being Angels]], I agree. Cook may 'seem' like a novelty act but I know he's more than that. You're an Archie fan, I'm a Cookie fan, let's get over it.
