@Cambodjaman Where is your drum cover? You can't play this song. I have covered this on drums before and I can vouch that this song is difficult, so a few mistakes here and there are no big deal, but to completely diss the whole video like it is nothing close to the actual song is just ignorant and proves you have self-esteem issues. Get your shit straight.

ATTN: Every drummer who wants to play the intro correctly... Play 16th notes on closed hats, ACCENT every quarter note and DECRESCENDO. This is the sound and vibe he sets, and everyone I've seen just keeps quarter note time with their foot.. It's the little things that make DC one of the best drummers ever. ty

Yeah he's a big fan of the Mandalas. I don't have the money or the desire to make any part of my set electronic, so I made do with a Rototom. :)

They're electronic pads that you can use to program to make different sounds - Danny Carey has several of them mixed in with his acoustic drums to trigger some of the weird stuff you hear on their albums, like the opening of "Eulogy."
