It's more fun to watch it in a darkened room, then look away (or, preferably, close your laptop) and blink really quickly. A bright skull floating in the darkness :)
Anyway, the point of the old picture was that it just looked like a blob originally and a face when looking away. Yours looks like a skull from the get-go so it's not as surprising an end result. Thanks for uploading though, it is still a nice effect.
