You = who? The Republicans? Right on! They abused their power, wrecked the functions of government whenever they could and stole the electorate blind. If you mean, you = the Democrats, well, you_just_don't_get_it_even_now. The Iraq war was illegal and even if it had been legal it was grossly misconducted, in the face of the government's own advice. No-bid contracts to Halliburton, no real reconstruction in Iraq. Our own intelligence services say the war has made us less safe.
