The final posture is not right. Your back is not straight up. It's a really difficult pose, too often seen bad executed.

Tie your legs together by a piece of cloth at the ankles and ask some one to lef them up. And do not bend at your knees for god's sake. bring down the legs extremely slowly for the sake of real benefit from this Yoga asana called SARVANGA ASANA .

You need two more blankets, otherwise injuries will come. C7 and T1 are too sharp of an angle.

Thats a good tip. I have injured myself a couple of times when I was new to Sarvangasana. After that I never tried it again. I guess I will try it with the new wall assited one.
