  • You need two more blankets, otherwise injuries will come. C7 and T1 are too sharp of an angle.

  • i really enjoyed this it helped me because i haven't really done yoga before but i did shoulder stands in gymnastics

    it also helped my flexibility :)

  • Thats a good tip. I have injured myself a couple of times when I was new to Sarvangasana. After that I never tried it again. I guess I will try it with the new wall assited one.
