Kung fu is tiring, because I sparred in boxing for an hour I used Baji quan techniques and its so exhausting I only went for 10 minutes. My temperary female instructor even got tierd after 30 minutes. I guess its because as kung-fu strikes internally it requires more ki. While Karate strikes externally, in my experience kung-fu takes more energy but the researchs of the strike are great. I guess its b/c most people train externally rather than Internally Either way both arts are super effective
@paddymoep I have never practiced Bajin Quan myself so i can't tell if it's good or bad. But from my experience the techniques are working. Every martial art is complicated, and exhausting at the beginning.
Why does every damn martial arts video always has some useless debate about it =.=
Why cant you guys just give a positive or whatever comment and refrain from these long-ass conversations that's going nowhere..

@Obiwan198 And? Do you think Bajin Quan is useful, or simply good maybe?
Is it complicated, takes talent or is exhausting?
What are your thoughts on Hakkyoken?

1. Application for the upper limb, Na Fa.
to control the opponent's wrist and elbow to seize (Na) or throw (Shuai).
2. Application for the lower limb.
A. We may also Gua the opponent's punching arm, lower ourself and get close.
We may do "lion opening its mouth" by grabbing the opponent's thigh and "cut"/pushing his waist. And we throw the opponent.
B. We may also grab around the ankle and cut the hip area to throw.
Thank you for posting.
