The Optimistic ClassRoom! oh mijn God, als je dit hoort dan wil je (IK!) toch gelijk dit curriculum in ons schoolsysteem invoeren! to create empathy, their place, in terms of understanding themselves in the world

@insomnia759 what about her face....I think she is like 64 here and looks great :) She kind of quit acting, so when actors more or less are gone in the public eye and appear a few years later we see the difference in the age much more as when we see them in movies every year.

Well they key point is ''are we ready do this'' as a society in general? I don't want to be a pessimist or sound odd but sadly that's not what most parents want for their children. They want them to be successful & the meaning of success is not necessarily real happiness or emotional spiritual or psychological health. Empathy & morality focus & peace don't go well with our education or social economic system at least However that's what education should be about.

she is a good woman I htink, the face stuff is because she has t o compete in hollywodd, she is OLD FFS! So she looks OK. Mindfulness is the future, it saved my life, and Ilearn a lot from my kids and grandkids. Boy does she talk? How does she do thaT?

@ Fairfig... it's so great when someone who has the skills already to be happy and optimistic and evident in her life can then scientifically research it and have the access and funds to do so and put an everyday spin on it, is awesome for us normal Joe's of the world...otherwise it is "science" and unless you have a leaning and interest in it, you will not examine and delve into because it's "over our heads"!!

The more people know about kids' brain functions, the less we have to rely on society to nurture them. If you are not fortunate enough to have access to Goldie's amazing Mind Up program, you can learn what to do with your kids at home. A little effort goes such a long way. Goldie has gained my admiration for using her popularity for such a great cause! Kudos, Goldie, and thanks!
