You can see its beak opening to make the calls in this video, especially in hidef. the raven crys and loon calls, indian summer in the early fall, black bear rug, hanging on the cabin wall. Where Huskys and Husqvarnas are the tools of the trade.... Tim Hus

  • my dad and brother were both born in syracuse, 2.5 more weeks and i would have been as well... my aunt still owns a property from my grandparents in the 1000 islands where we used to visit... and i used to have a baseball bat called an ADIRONDACK (hey, sorry about that, lets just hope they don't cut down too many trees for this! - so those are all my near misses to your lake experience...

  • @glorp896

gotta make bats somehow- and they do a real good job of forestry around the northern new york area... and its good to give sustainable jobs, right? there's even guitars made of Adirondack woods - they're generally the best ones!

  • @cameraperson aha! so all this super duper travel and being the outdoorsy nature guy didn't get to your head too much, we can still have natural resource exploitation for frivolous indulgence? nice... i guess if the business can call itself SUSTAINABLE it will please the enviros... in any case, nice to hear the loony bird again... pretty impressive call, one of the all time birdie greats!, and you got so close! impressive...

    - paper or plastic? plastic always for me, i recycle them...

  • @glorp896

It beats making the bats of out actual flying bats...

  • @glorp896

btw, I can not tell if you're being bitterly sarcastic or just joking around. Do we know each other?

  • @cameraperson well, they needed something better than wood at our massive BAT HOUSE on campus, that thing fell! shoulda made the stilts out of steel... and yes, REAL bats should never be baseball bats... speaking of which, we had a bat caught in our large massive building last week... flew within a foot of me... if only i had a REAL bat to swing at the bat?! na, i'm pro-bat - baseball and REAL ones... and no, aluminum should never make it into the majors... but for bat houses? maybe...

  • @Spiffy303 I saw Stompin Tom in concert featuring Tim - twice- last summer, I had to go back!!! So once in Ottawa and once in Belleville Ontario. It was immediate. And a couple of my friends now have all 5 albums of Tims- they got it from me- and I just got the new one with the Sasquatch song and Hockeytown and more. So great. Tim rules. the songs just destroy anything coming out of nashville.

And Stompin Tom- he's a relic and an icon.

Check the video "Out There with Tim Hus"

  • @cameraperson

Just a fan. Saw him on "Cowboy Country" and thought he was awesome right from the start. Saw him in concert last summer.

  • @Spiffy303

So, who are you with knowledge of the great Tim Hus!?

  • The trap lines set and cord wood cut, racks in the smoke house all filled up, fresh game on the backs of the hunters trucks.
