i love this band so much! me and my friend were on the bus the other day and there was this old guy who kept on turning around and staring at us in a creepy way, so we moved to the seat behind him and we wrote on the back of the seat THERE GOES NORMAN! with an arrow pointing at the man and i took a photo of it...

Salvadory is right - growing up at this time was exiting and there was music for boys to like and identify with. XTC & Gary Numan were great too - and the music hasn't dated. Pop has it's place - but you don't hear 10 year old boys singing what's in the charts at the moment.

clean, tight, fast, energenic, young, punk at it's best, great lyrics....saw them in Allentown, Pa. in '80 and was 2 hours of just fantastic music and controlled mayhem. Gave the O'Neils some of my buttons I was wearing at the bar at their break. Great guys, fun times and one very talented band!!!!!!!!!! Keep goin lads!!!! At the time they did not have the street cred other bands like the Buzzcocks had etc . Many found there image a bit of a joke . Great shame as the music and lyrics were and are some of the best from that time .
